PPROM Survivor: Landon

"This was my first pregnancy and my water broke at just under 31 weeks gestation and at the height of the COVID outbreak. I was hospitalized for 30 days without any visitors allowed before I was induced at 35 weeks. My son was born weighing in at 4 lbs 8 oz and 19 inches long. We just celebrated his 1st birthday and he's now a healthy thriving boy.
As scary as it is try to not panic. Staying calm is important for both mother and baby. While in the hospital (however long it may be) try to create somewhat of a routine for yourself and find creative ways to pass the time." - Lisa Julian-Strong
