PPROM Survivor: Bernhard

"I pprom'd at 18 weeks, after a number of miscarriages over the years. I was suggested to terminate by several doctors. I refused. I managed to hold my pregnancy until 30 weeks with almost no measurable amniotic fluid. At 29 weeks I was admitted to the hospital, after doing bed rest at home.My baby was born breathing on his own. He spent 2 months in the NICU, and he is now home 🙂.
